At NRS World, we want you to be completely satisfied with your western wear and gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that personalized items and final sale products are not eligible for exchange or refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and including a copy of your packing slip.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
